A quick, easy and addictive snack – our chilli poppers satisfy the fire-breathing bacon lovers of the world! Perfect as a snack when entertaining, or a starter for a BBQ. Actually, these are so good, you’ll use any excuse to have them.
At least two jalapeno peppers per person
Enough Le Gall cream cheese to stuff the peppers
A strip of bacon per pepper
Slit the jalapeno peppers on the side, and remove the seeds. Fill them up with Le Gall cream cheese, and lovingly wrap a strip of bacon around. Secure this with a toothpick. Pop under the grill until the bacon is done. Gorgeous creamy, cheesy jalapeno poppers with no fuss!
Warning: These are addictive – always make more than you think you’ll need, they do not last long!
