250g mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
500g taglietelle pasta
Freshly ground black pepper and salt, to taste
1/2 cup of shaved/grated parmesan
1 sliced red chilli (optional)
This dish is really quick. Boil your pasta while you fry the rest to bring it all together at the same time.
Boil the pasta and drain.
Fry the mushrooms, garlic and chilli (if using) in a little oil.
Mix all together with a drizzle of oil, and top with the parmesan and season to taste.
A mixed side salad makes this a very filling meal. Quick, easy, satisfying!
